You have had both ovaries and fallopian tubes removed (with or without hysterectomy) for more than 6 weeks

Study participation lasts approximately 12 weeks and requires approximately 6 visits to the doctor and 6 phone calls from the doctor's office. All study-related office visits, medical examinations, and the investigational medication will be provided to qualified study participants at no cost.

Women need to be in a monogamous relationship for at least 6 months.
